Pastor William serves as the Executive Pastor of Tower Hill Church, where he leads with vision, wisdom, and a heart for sharing Jesus Christ throughout the community. With over 25 years of proven leadership in the marketplace and a strong foundation in ministry, Pastor William is passionate about empowering communities, driving positive change, and building strategic alliances that advance the Kingdom of God.
Pastor William holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership, equipping him with the skills to lead with clarity, structure, and purpose. His expertise lies in implementing high-quality strategies that drive organizational excellence, foster team alignment, and ensure sustainable impact. Known for his ability to turn vision into action, he brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to both ministry and leadership. His ministry reflects a deep commitment to excellence, collaboration, and transformational growth.
Pastor William and wife, Pastor Janice (office administrator) met and married in Tennessee and have lived abroad before moving to New England more than a decade ago. Pastor William loves to work with computers, sound, AV, and all things tech, while also enjoying the art of barbecuing.
Pastor William lives by the wisdom of Proverbs 3:6:
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
This scripture reflects his trust in God’s guidance and his dedication to walking in faith and purpose.

My wife, Julianne, and I have been on staff since 2007. I was the Students Pastor for 10 years, the Connections Pastor for 8 years, and recently stepped into the role of Community Pastor. I believe that we are called to be involved in our church and local community as Christians. God did not call us to go through life alone, and everyone should be in a Connect Group and serving in some capacity. If I am not at the church, you can likely find me with my wife, two kids, and two dogs. If not, then I am probably on a golf course somewhere.

I was born and raised in the charming town of Goffstown, NH. I began my academic journey at Southern New Hampshire University, where I earned an Associate's Degree in Business in 2012. My passion for faith and community led me to Northpoint Bible College, where I graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Ministry and Bible and Theology.
After my studies, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as a missionary for 11 months, which deepened my love for helping others and exploring new cultures. When I’m not working, I cherish spending quality time with my family, traveling to new places, and hitting the ice to play hockey.
