My husband, Dave, and I have attended Tower Hill since 2012. God has gifted us two beautiful girls, Mia and Kya, who bring excitement to our lives every day! We've served both together and individually in several ministries, but I'd always had a passion for worship and music and felt very early on that God was calling me to serve in this way.
In the summer of 2014, I joined the Tower Hill Worship team where God has continued to grow and stretch me, and in 2025, stepped into the role of Worship Director. I believe God desires his people to worship Him in spirit and in truth and that worship is more than just singing songs on a Sunday morning. Worship is a way of life as we are called to give ourselves as a living sacrifice to God. My heart is to see the people of God joined together as one to lift up the name of Jesus in praise for the glory of God.

My husband Carl and I have attended here since 2003 and I've worked in the church office since 2005. We have 2 young adult children, who grew up engaged in the children and youth programs here at Tower Hill Church. We are blessed to call this our church family.
Janice Conyers

Pastor Janice was recently ordained, a milestone that reflects her ongoing commitment to ministry and spiritual leadership. Currently, Janice serves as the Operations & Ministry Support Manager of Tower Hill Church, where she brings over 15 years of experience in executive support, event management, and strategic planning. She holds a bachelor's in Organizational Management, which equips her to complement Pastor William’s vision and goals with clarity, structure, and collaborative leadership.
Originally from Illinois, Janice met and married her husband, Pastor William, in Tennessee. Together, they spent time living abroad in Japan, before settling in New England more than a decade ago. Known for her thoughtful leadership and heart for people, Janice is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and valued.
She lives by the truth of Isaiah 58:11:
“The Lord will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring.”
This scripture grounds her faith and fuels her desire to bring life and encouragement to those around her.

My husband, Michael, and I started attending Tower Hill Church in the fall of 2025. Our daughter had begun coming and asked if we would join them to help decide if this was the church for her and her husband. I quickly realized not only was this the right church for our daughter and her family, but it would soon be our church home as well. I knew this was where God was calling us!
I am a retired paraprofessional and lead preschool teacher, and I also own my own photography company. Originally from Beverly, Massachusetts, I have lived in New Hampshire for 30 years. I began working at Tower Hill at the beginning of 2026, and I am excited for this role. I look forward to all that God has in store for my family and me here.
I have faithfully lived by this Scripture, and I am honored to be working in the house of the Lord:
Colossians 3:23 — “Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.”
Colton Reeder

Colton Reeder is employed as the church Building Coordinator. He most commonly serves the church by coordinating and facilitating venders and contractors for various projects as well as personally handling a multitude of maintenance needs. His duties include almost anything related to the functional operation of the building itself, in order to maintain the church being a place for people to encounter and grow in Christ.
Colton and his wife, Megan, met at Lee University in Cleveland, TN and have been married for 13 years now. After they met, Colton served in the military and worked a law enforcement career before changing his field to ministry. Megan is originally from RI, so that is how they ended up in New England. Colton is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity and feels called to be a federal chaplain after his educational requirements are met.

My husband, Colby, and I have called Tower Hill Church our home since 2019. One of the first things we noticed was the love and intentionality poured into the children of the church, along with a deep passion to share the love of Jesus with each and every child.
God has since called me into leadership in this area, and I stepped into the role of Nursery Director in 2023. It is truly an honor to serve the Lord in this way and a blessing to be part of a children’s ministry that our three children will grow up in.
